first visit
This initial visit will last 30 minutes. During the visit we will discuss your goals and current diet, taking measurements of your weight, BMI, muscle, body fat, and visceral fat, as well as the amount of calories your body is burning.
This visit will last 45 minutes. During this visit, we will discuss the foods most suitable for your body type and craft a three-day food plan built around them. We will then discuss your lifestyle and make recommendations on how to introduce various forms of exercise into it.
This visit as well as subsequent visits will last 45 minutes. During these visits, we will discuss recipes for healthy meals and build and revise exercise and meal plans
